Inspired Action

"Act as if it were impossible to fail." ~ Dorothea Brande

Have you ever decided to do something, with purpose, focus and commitment then taken resourceful action, overcoming whatever obstacles came up, for an absolutely, outstanding result, way beyond your expectations? What happened next? Were you inspired to do more? And, as you did more, did your sense of achievement, commitment and enjoyment go up? Yes, of course!

This is ‘inspired action’ at it’s best bringing about a quantum leap in your productivity and self-esteem. Most of us have experienced this from time to time and when we do, we improve our life circumstances dramatically. Whether it is clearing a roomful of clutter, improving your diet, or ending a dysfunctional and disempowering relationship, taking inspired action creates a sense of joy, power and control in our lives resulting in greater personal success.

"Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice; it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved." ~ William Jennings Bryan

You need to ask yourself: What are you willing to DO to achieve your goals?

8 Steps to Inspired Action:

Step 1: Start with the end in mind – Vision and desired Life Blue Print
Step 2: Don’t complain unless you have a solution or want to hear a solution – Live at ‘Cause’
Step 3: Ask more of yourself today than you did yesterday – BE who you need to BE
Step 4: Choose your thinking – an empowering mindset and language
Step 5: Cherry-pick beliefs that will shape your ideal destiny – Serve, Support, Nurture and Challenge
Step 6: Do resourceful emotions – Adopt a Physiology of Excellence and Live "At Cause"
Step 7: Persist – Embrace Uncertainty, You ARE Fearless
Step 8: Focus on continual improvement – Set Big Goals and take MASSIVE Action

Oh my Goddess! Look at that. In the last 24 posts, you have worked your way through seven of the steps to inspired action as outlined above and we are already up to Step 8, too easy! Next week we'll look at "Goal Setting for Success" - creating the momentum for MASSIVE action.

This is Jan-Maree's story...

Having experienced other areas of self help and not having moved too far forward, I was unsure how coaching would make any difference. By the end of the first session with Minda I realised that this was going to empower me far more than any other experience that I have had. Minda immediately established a relationship where I felt safe and supported which allowed me the freedom to explore my long held beliefs about who I was and what I could do.

Throughout the sessions with Minda she assisted me to develop new beliefs, attitudes and skills that have enhanced my personal and professional life. Minda’s gentle but persuasive skills as a coach allowed me the space I needed to explore these new learnings.
I recommend Minda to anyone who wants to tap in and reach their full potential. ~ Jan-Maree
