What does Extraordinary Wellness mean to U?

Extraordinary wellness is a choice and you have all the resources needed for extraordinary wellness within you right now – you just aren’t focused on them YET!

Wellness can be defined as the optimal balance of body, mind, and spirit, integrated and dynamic,all working toward maximising your potential, dependent on self-responsibility. It is obtained through the process of adopting patterns of behaviour that exemplify heightened awareness to provide you with positive health and an optimal quality of life. Heightened awareness starts with mindset.

Mindset is a set of assumptions, methods or notations held by one or a group of people which is so established that it creates a powerful incentive to continue to adopt or accept prior behaviours or choices.

Extraordinary can be defined as going beyond what is usual, regular or customary...to be exceptional!

So it stands to reason that if you create a mindset for extraordinary wellness then you must adopt patterns of behaviour that exemplify heightened conscious awareness. And with conscious awareness you have the ability to change values, beliefs, reality, and reactions to directly and positively influence your desired outcomes. It is about taking a holistic approach to wellness and placing equal importance and relevance on the health, energy and vitality of the mind and the body.
