"The quality of your questions and self talk determines the quality of your life"
1. What is your secret to success?
My secret to success is … a culmination of an unwavering belief in myself, continually setting big goals and making a commitment to work really, really hard basically doing whatever it takes. It’s about stepping up, saying “YES”, taking action, persistence, education, experience and an absolute commitment to continued and never-ending improvement.
Success is not the tangible, quantifiable and finite thing I once believed it was. Today, I believe success is everywhere especially in those ecstatic moments of everyday life that quite simply take my breath away. I see it in my daughters smiles when they come down the stairs in the morning and see me waiting to make them breakfast. I feel it in my husband’s warm embrace when he returns home on a Thursday night from his weekly commute to Sydney. I hear it in my client’s voice when I finish a coaching session, such empowerment, such commitment, such strength. I taste it at the dinner table over candlelight with my close family and friends. I smell it in the air with the scent of Star Jasmine wafting past the clothesline as I hang out the washing. I touch it when I feel the salt air on my face blowing off the ocean as I stand on the beach.
2. What is your greatest lesson?
The greatest lesson I have learnt is … that when you come from a place of authentic truth and genuine rapport anything is possible.
3. What would you do differently?
If I had my time over, I would … get OK with my fear of not being good enough and my need to be right for the first 39 years of my life so I could skip more, get the giggles and have fun having a go!
"Each morning we are born again. What we do today is what matters most…" Buddha
4. Who do you look up to?
My mentors are … my clients. Every day I meet capable, powerful and beautiful women who are choosing to live a life of purpose with an abundance of energy, health, vitality, self-respect, self-love, self-forgiveness and self-esteem. These remarkable women are constantly expanding their comfort zone, embracing the possibilities of their potential and believing they can live a better life with reduced stress and no more excuses. Thank you for inspiring me to be better.
5. What do you believe in ?
I believe in … the positive impact, mental health and wellness can have on chronic disease such as depression, obesity, diabetes, arthritis, heart disease and cancer. Your unconscious mind has a blueprint of perfect health. It has all the answers and knows how to heal. You just have to hear it and trust it. I also believe there is no failure only feedback telling you to do something different!
6. What is your passion?
My passion is … my health, my family and mentoring women to create positive changes in their health, happiness and life success so they may live the life of their dreams x
