  1. To change your life outcomes, change your focus! Have you ever heard the saying “what you focus on is what you get”? The body and life you have right now is what you believe you deserve and has taken years and years of dedication and mental focus. So start focusing on what you WANT!
  2. Adopt an empowering mindset! An empowering mindset is about deciding what you value, and what the standard of excellence is at which you will operate. It’s about becoming uncompromising to your adherence to those principles in every facet of your life. It’s about setting the bar for yourself and others.   5. Take action, massive action, right now! Setting goals allows you to create a roadmap for life, a clear vision for how you are going to get to wherever it is you want to go. Use the SMART Model to create goals that are attainable, measurable, specific and time driven for each area of life you wish to improve. Write each of these goals down, ensuring you use positive, empowering and ‘moving toward’ language as if you have already achieved it (refer to example below). You must then identify your top three actions required to move you closer to achieving your goal, with a date for completion. Also rate your commitment, enthusiasm, excitement and certainty for each goal on a scale of 1-10. And, don’t forget your reward.
